The following steps will help in the smooth running of the raceday.
Note: ACTMCC has a 'CLOSED PIT' Policy

1. 7.30-8.30 sign in. Fill out entry form, ensuring that all areas are completed correctly, e.g. name, licence number, race number, engine capacity.
2. Pay entry fee.
3. Sign indemnity form for marshalling and nominate yourself , or your representative a corner. To run successfully we also need two starters, finish flag marshal and 3 lap scorers.
4. Senior riders , ie those 16 years and over, marshal for junior practice and junior round 1.
5. Signing in will close promptly at 8.30 am.
6. Scrutineering is from 7.30-8.30 am, at which time the gates will be closed. Late comers will not be permitted to enter.
7. The Club telephone number is 02 6297 9175. The phone is in the canteen. Please ring if you know you are going to be late.
8. Riders' briefing is at 8.45 am. ALL riders, parents and marshals are to attend. All riders to sign the attendance register.
9. Racing will start at 9.00 am.
10. It would be appreciated if all marshals make their way to their nominated corners with their yellow and first aid flags as quickly as possible after riders' briefing. Racing cannot start until all the corners are covered.
11. Motorcycles are not to be removed from the pits or ridden in the pits or the car park until the conclusion of the race meeting.
12. Race order will be as listed and may be changed on the day, depending on entries, by the Race Secretary:-
Race order and marshalling duties will be written on the board which will be placed in the pits. Senior riders are expected to marshal during junior practice and junior round 1.
13. Racing will be three rounds of motos. 10 minutes plus 1 lap for 80cc and above, 7 minutes plus 1 lap for 60cc and 4 minutes plus 1 lap for 50cc.
14. If everyone participates and cooperates on club days things will run smoothly and be more enjoyable for all concerned.
15. Presentation will take place at the conclusion of every race meeting.
